Getting around at the Warande and in Zeist can be hard at first: where's this? where do I find that? Check the list below for some answers.

Warande - Getting...
.. to the bus: Walk to the 'Utrechtseweg' for more connections or hop on bus 52/53 at the Dreef.
.. a bike: Buy one from another student; check the ad's in supermarkets or go to www.lesfiets.nl for a cheap 2nd-hand bike. Also a good website: www.marktplaats.nl but that's in Dutch
.. to a supermarket: Walk to the roundabout near the Warande. You'll see a Chinese restaurant, begint it there's a Super de Boer supermarket.
.. to Utrecht: Bus 50/52/53/74 to Utrecht central station. For the city center get off at Neude (+/- 10-15min). By bike: Follow the 'Utrechtseweg' until the "Berenkuil". That's Utrecht already. A little further and you'll be in the city center
.. to the Uithof: Bus 71. It's only a 5-10 minute ride.

Warande - Getting rid of..
..garbage: Obviously you can dump it in the containers, for the big stuff call the RMN: 0900-60 39 222.
..paper: Dump it in the container near the mailbox. It's there every 3 weeks from wed-fri.
..hair: Shop near the 'Super de Boer' for a haircut.
..glass: There's a container near the mailbox at the Warande
..mail: There's a mailbox near the glass container.. you'll find it ;)

Zeist/Utrecht - I want to...
..drink: Go to Warande89s on Thursdays or hop on the bus to Utrecht.
..party: Disco's are in Utrecht: Tivoli (partys&concerts), Ekko (alt. club), Monza (club), Club Poema (on Tuesday: int'l party!), Derrick (80/90s disco) and Stairway (rock).
..see movies: In Zeist there's 'Figi theatre' at the beginning of the Slotlaan, it's also a cinema. Utrecht on the oudegracht there are two cinema's: 'Rembrandt' and 'Camera Studio'. Alternative movies at the Louis Hartlooper complex (Ledig Erf).
